Harbor Lights Escrow was formed in 1999 by Mary D'Ambrosi-Fujisaki. After years of working for two independently owned escrow companies, she decided to open her own company. Harbor Lights Escrow now handles more than half of San Pedro local sales and loan transactions.  Our staff included highly regarded professionals including escrow officers, education and markerting department and support staff.
